CPD activities and official proof

The College is an Accredited Program Provider (APP) under the Mandatory CPD Scheme and HKCRRT CPD point is recognized by the Radiographers Board. To ensure compliance with the Board’s requirements and enhance the traceability of CPD point issued to our members, the College is implementing the following measures:

Official Proof of CPD Point
● It must be provided by APP to verify individual’s participation and successful completion of each CPD activity.
● The College will issue a “Certificate of Completion” as the official proof for CPD activities organized by HKCRRT.
● For co-organized activities, the College will issue “Proof of CPD” as the official proof for members with active subscription. Meanwhile, partner organizers may provide all participants with “Certificate of Attendance” for personal record.

Unique Identification and Authenticity
● A serial number will be assigned to each certificate or proof.
● A QR code will be embedded on the proof for online verification against our official records.
● PDF will be digitally signed by the Secretariat, which is non editable.

These arrangements align with regulatory requirements and safeguard the credibility of your CPD points received when participating in our activities. Please be reminded to keep our official proof in a safe archive which can be retrieved for validation by the Board when necessary.
