Minimum Academic Requirement for Membership:
A recognized Master degree or above in radiotherapy or related fields; OR
A recognized Bachelor degree in radiotherapy or related fields or equivalent, plus a medical dosimetry specialist qualification recognized by the College; OR
A recognized Bachelor degree in radiotherapy or related fields or equivalent, plus attained a grade of 75% or above in an examination set by the Medical Dosimetry Faculty Committee of HKCRRT.

Clinical Requirements (member):
Cases or duration requirements:- Having had 5 years of post-registration working experience in radiotherapy with a minimum of 2 years working experience in medical dosimetry
Competency requirements:- The applicant should produce the supporting document(s) of his/her working experience e.g. full resume of working experience, recommendation from his/her superiors.

Clinical Requirements (fellow):
Cases or duration requirements:-Fulfill the general requirements of membership and fellowship of a medical dosimetrist and and 3 years full time equivalent post-specialisation clinical experience of medical dosimetry
Competency requirements:- The applicants should produce the supporting document(s) of his/her working experience e.g. full resume of working experience, recommendation from his/her superiors

Continuing Professional Development (CPD):
To remain current with the membership and fellowship accredited, the Medical Dosimetrist must accrue at least 45 CPD credits in 3 years, of which 15 are relevant to Medical Dosimetry.
